Use of SimpliClaim
SimpliClaim provides healthcare scheduling, claim preparation, clearinghouse operations, reporting, and support workflow tools for provider organizations. Customers are responsible for using SimpliClaim in compliance with applicable law, payer rules, and patient authorization requirements.
SMS Appointment Reminders
When a patient or authorized contact opts in, SimpliClaim may send non-marketing SMS appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, rescheduling notifications, and related support follow-up. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or treatment. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@simpliclaim.com.
Privacy
SimpliClaim handles personal information according to our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in consent and messaging data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
