Privacy Policy

Overview

SimpliClaim uses contact information to support scheduling, appointment reminders, practice management workflows, claim preparation, and customer support. We do not sell patient contact information.

SMS Appointment Reminders

Patients may opt in to receive non-marketing SMS appointment reminders and scheduling notifications from SimpliClaim or the provider organization using SimpliClaim. Messages may include appointment date and time reminders, confirmation requests, rescheduling instructions, and support follow-up.

Message frequency varies by appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving treatment.

To opt out of SMS reminders, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@simpliclaim.com.

Example reminder: "SimpliClaim reminder: You have an appointment on Apr 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Reply CONFIRM to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply."

How Consent Is Collected

SMS consent may be collected during appointment intake, scheduling, patient registration, support workflows, or other direct communications where a patient or authorized contact provides a mobile number for appointment reminders or scheduling updates.

SMS consent is recorded separately from general contact information. A user may choose not to receive SMS reminders while still receiving care, billing, portal, or support services through other channels.

Information We Use

We may use names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, provider or facility details, and communication preferences to deliver reminders and support scheduling workflows. Reminder messages are kept limited and do not include unnecessary clinical detail.

SMS Data Sharing

SimpliClaim does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent, mobile numbers, or SMS messaging data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used only to provide requested appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, related support, and required service-provider delivery functions.
